And lo, there was a headband

Documentary footage from three weeks' time. 

Welcome to the last day before the first day of the rest of your life (31 August)

This will be an incredible September of health. This is what will happen. A small cohort of excellent folks will follow these rules:

  1. Eat vegetables every day
  2. Do exercise three times a week
  3. No booze
  4. No sweets and cakes (unless clear emergency verified by one other person)
  5. Check in with fellow Sept health marras
My additional things:
  1. Join Slimming World (see ‘eat vegetables every day’)
  2. Do a proper big shop every week
  3. Take lunch to work
  4. Wear fitbit and do 10,000 steps every day
  5. Got to sleep before midnight every day
  6. Join a yoga class
I want a healthy brain and body and am prepared to graft. Progress shared here. Nervous-making.
